All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or offer a resolution.

If your package shows as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. Then reach out within 5 days, and we’ll assist with next steps.

Digital products are non-refundable. If you have trouble accessing your download, contact us and we’ll help.
